Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, our outreach was halted when assisted living facilities closed their doors to visitors. We strongly believe in the power of live performance and the joy that it brings, but prioritize the safety of the most vulnerable members of our community and our dancers. This has inspired us to create our first-ever virtual performance.
Our mission has always been to bring the beauty, power, and joy that live performance provides to individuals and communities that would otherwise not be able to experience it. Our efforts have been halted due to the Covid-19 pandemic, but our goal to share dance is stronger than ever.
With theatres closed all over the world, everyone has been unable to attend live performances. These closures have inspired theatres and professional dance companies to get creative in ways to provide live performance to audiences. We are proud to have been able to do the same.
We have compiled videos from dancers all over the world to share our first ever virtual performance. Please share with those in your life who are staying at home, or anyone who could use extra joy.
